Hello everyone and happy Sunday.
Today, we spent the day relaxing by the river in the beautiful and picturesque Washington Crossing State Park in Hopewell Township, NJ which is right along the Delaware River. This is such an ideal place to relax and unwind. The breathtaking views from the river are simply incredible. And if you love fall foliage, the you definitely want to bring your camera here during the autumnal season. The parade autumnal colors is by far one of the best ones I have ever seen.
Relaxing and breathing here come easily. The air feels cool and fresh and the connection with nature is instant. So pack a picnic basket with delicious, portable foods and come join me on this pictorial picnic by the Delaware River.
The weather for outdoor activities was perfect so hubby and I waisted no time packing our table for two today and searching for the perfect spot perched on a bluff overlooking the Delaware River.
For those of you that love taking a leisurely walks, there are several walking trails that overlook the river.
This spot definitely offers the daily dose of beauty that my soul requires. I couldn't ask for a more ideal and peaceful setting.
