Nars Orgasm; Milani Luminoso
As a budget conscious beautyholic and fashionista, I'm constantly on the lookout for cheaper alternatives and items of similar quality. Some of you may be aware that the Nars Orgasm blush has long had a dupe in the Milani blush in Luminoso. Prior to October, I had no experience with either blush and having since tried them out, I'd now like to share these thoughts with you.
Some of you may have read my thoughts on the Milani blush, which you can find here, but as to how it compares, well, here goes!

I'm so sorry for the terrible swatches! No matter how hard I tried, in sunlight, indoors, I couldn't make the swatches stand out at all! Clearly, this is an area that I'll need to work on.
As you might be able to see, the Milani blush is a little more coral tone, and I found Orgasm to be more of a golden pink shade on me. Wear time wise, they were both similar, and with the appropriate primer or fixing spray, there's quite a bit of hold from both of them.
I did find the Nars blush to be more finely milled, and very easy to wear - I can certainly see why this is such a popular blush! I also found this to give me a bit more of a 'glow'.
As far as dupes go, it's not the best, but both products are quite good, and I really like them both. Given the chance, I certainly would get another Orgasm, but until then, I'll be keeping an eye out for something similar!
