One of the tragedies of the commons in recent years with the rise of chain restaurants and tobacco stores and used car lots on the American prairies and highways has been the decline of pool halls in both urban and rural areas and this is a problematic image and fact that needs to be reversed as the restaurateur scammers have take a hold of key business and prominent roadway intersections with their large chain and ethnic exclusivity eateries which i am sure Tampa bay is fullof as was Indianpolis.
